~noniemat: I have been an AOL customer since ****..*for the past * years I have supposed to have been paying only **.** monthly for my dial up service...but you kept gouging me and its up to **.** now, that is stealing, then when trying to talk with a USA representative, I am given to someone in India.......that is *******......

~noniemat: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AOL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~noniemat: For that I would say four out of five.

~noniemat: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AOL to know who you are.
