~dan: AT&T is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I don't know how anyone ever established phone service with your company. I have been trying to setup service since June **th with the promised turn on date on June **th, **th and the **th. Talked with * customer service representatives * supervisor and a *rd party verification agent. Still no service. Is this a joke around the office? See how many times I will call to get service? When will my service be working?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~dan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dan: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dan: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
