~Gullible: AT&T refused to unlock * of our phones after contract expired then billed us for usage while they their tech support sent us bogus code after bogus code. After ** days, they just said "We will do nothing further. No credit, for refund, no replacement." That is how they treat disabled customers and their military families. Buy your phones directly from the manufacturers then maybe you can still use it * years later

~Gullible: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Gullible: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gullible: For that I would say two out of five.
