~Annoymous: AT&T used to have the best C-Service, but boy have they gone down hill. Yes, some are good people, but do not get caught even one day past your bill due date because you will be caught in C-Relations ****. They lie, manipulate and give false hope. Good luck finding a non-billing type agent, who may or may not be able to help, after that. Never again. RR is better, and that says a lot.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Annoymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annoymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annoymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Annoymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
