~Anonymous : AT&T was to hv tech out btwn *:**-**:**,was a no show. Wasted over ** min on phone to be advised they do not know when tech will show up & he may not even show up today but sometime this week."Manager" did nothing but advise he didn't know anything & ask if I hd any other questions. Corporate* cld only file a complaint for a **hr call back. WORSE SERVICE EVER!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous : For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
