~ATTno service : Good morning: **I am a long time ATT client for cell and internet. I have never considered changing and do not intend to now.**I AM FURIOUS with the lack of customer service AGAIN in a recent transaction **Last month I elected to switch from DSL to Uverse on approximately March **, ****. The representative advised that my Uverse would be connected on March **, **** by *pm. EVEN THOUGH I had ATT DSL and was transferring to ATT UVERSE I was instructed that I had to call to cancel my DSL service (??? Why can't the DSL be terminated when my UVerse is activated ???? - I wouldn't want TWO INTERNET CONNECTIONS AT THE SAME ADDRESS WOULD I ???? **I complied with the request and I manually set up my Uverse connection and tried to the Chat line on April *st, **** to cancel my DSL - disconnected * times. Tried to call on the way to work******* you don't open until *am - Called and was transferred, hung up on, disconnected and FINALLY after * phone call and HOURS of wasted time I "CANCEL

~ATTno service : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ATTno service : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ATTno service : For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~ATTno service : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
