~dee: I called on last week to speakto a rep and explain to her that i had made payment with my acct not knowing that it was a garnishment hold on my bank acct and went in the store to pay the amount that was suppose to be paid and rep stated she would handle it and now my phone is off i called today first rep was rude then i spoke to * other people that told me they see the documentation but they can not do anything about it. I do not understand what was the pupose of me calling and letting you know the situation and being told it would be handled and now my phone is off and no one is willing to work with me and know that i usually make my payment arrangements.

~dee: For that I would say five out of five.
