~Jimmy Choe: I called twice. The first time, I got this super rude woman. I don't care if you're busy, a little courtesy can go a long way. She even told me that "if you don't have all the information, don't call us up" and hung up before I can get a word in. Second time, the guy I talked to was very helpful and patient. But the wait time was long, and paired with that rude woman, I have to dock one point.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Jimmy Choe: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jimmy Choe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jimmy Choe: For that I would say two out of five.
