~sweetascanbe: I just got a phone call from them at *:** am I called the number back and I went through the entire push * for, in a few words tell me... only to be told that the office is closed when I asked to speak to a representative. This company is the worst. I had them for my wireless phone an I paid the early termination fees just to get out of my service with them. I just got internet service with them because it is the only service available in my area and the service is slow, goes offline continuously, and you can never reach a live person to talk to, and to make matters worse they lied to me about fees, etc. when I signed up for internet service with them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~sweetascanbe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sweetascanbe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sweetascanbe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~sweetascanbe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
