~Mmurray1184: I left At&t about * months ago due to nothing less than extremely horrible customer care. It started from I'm store CSA'S to sales reps over the phone, to escalatuons, to management. I joined up w another company Sprint and thus far have had the Same bad experiences. The Only difference is sprints' corporate escalations dept. are helping me solve the issues I'm having which is by far more than at&t has ever done. I asked at&t for a copy of my bill that showed the itemize page and also my. Phone number so I could get the ball rolling w sprint sending me a visa gift card to cover the rest of my balance w at&t I requested * times a copy with all the info including my phone number all AT&T has sent me was the front page of my.bill? A couple times had the itemize page on there, but not once was my phone number listed. I called them today and they said they will not send me a bill with all that information because they've very already sent out * copies that didn't have all the information I'

~Mmurray1184: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mmurray1184: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mmurray1184: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Mmurray1184: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
