GetHuman-424464: I purchase a new phone iphone *s since my iPhone *S gives me too many problems!!!its been over a month and still didn't get my phone!!! They sent it to my house and I didn't recieve it second time they sent to the wron address and I clearly said to send it to my work place. All they said was to hold and they will transfer me to the manager but made me wait ** min and never came back. I was so mad I called back and said this is unprofessional of them to lie to me and put me on hold for so long so they said they will send it again and give me **.** credit. I deserve more than that Why can't u send me two free phones so I don't have to deal with someone putting me on hold and making so many mistakes!!!! That was unprofessional what the rep did!! I deserve more then a **.** credit!!! It's been so long and I still don't have it. My iPhone *S is giving me so many problems and I'm still using it. Why am I paying for a new phone if I don't even have it??? What's **.** gonna do???? I believe I
