GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-karenpk: Is this a joke? customer "service" I had to speak to voice... who kept getting it wrong...... then I was put on hold... with an expected wait time od ten minute. Does anyone know if I can go back to a non iPhone SIM card. iPhone died. The SIM card is the wrong size......*I need my contacts and phone number....then A T & T.......*can keep there incompetent*customer "service".........*Seriously talking to a voice.

GetHuman-karenpk: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-karenpk: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
