~Karen: Nicole Lindsay help me this evening & it was pleasure. I was very upset when I found out the my wireless bill is not included with the AT&T U-Verse bill. It was our understanding when we talked to the AT&T staff at the Forum that phones, TV & internet would be in a bundle. That was the whole point of going to AT&T. I know my * bills with AT&T will be less that Time Warner & AT&T wireless, I was just hoping for just ONE bill. Nicole did a very good job of listening and taking care of me. I deal with customer service in my job so I know what it sound like and what it feels like. So give Nicole an atta girl.*Karen Moczygemba

~Karen: For that I would say one out of five.
