~Dee: You have AT&T for * years, The price just keeps going up and you have to keep getting there promotions and then they tell you that you are in another contract. Then they raise the price so high that you can no longer afford having AT&T. So you go somewhere else. You think you have a finale bill, at least that is what they tell you when you call about the bill, but no they send you another bill, for early termination fees. You have told them not to take nothing out of your account, but yet they do. What right do they have to take money out of your checking account with out your autorization. When you call all they really say is yes your right we shouldn't have taken the money out, But you will still owe us **.** plus tax *.**... Really. As far as I'm concered that is FRAUD from my Account... They are not very nice people... Why is it that no other company charges you a termaination fee??????? Really
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Dee: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dee: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Dee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
