GetHuman-309862: call to stop my bill from being cut off and when I have tried to speak to * person about my bill and everyone send me to someone else or to dsl support person, that could not solve my billing problem. I have been with AT&T for over **yrs, I discontinued service, because my bill would continue to raise with no new item showing, so I went to internet only for $**.** since **********, now they want me pay **.**,today or my service would be discounted. I am very unhappy with the way I am being treated very unfair and not business edequite practices. Please help settle this matter. **********-
