~MOTOXR321: I just recently got off the phone with trying to fix my avg pc tune up, and yet it was supposedly escalated last week was told to wait *-* days and I will get email. Nothing, its been * days called back, and get told oh I will have escalate this, it will be another *-* days. My service and been canceled although the product that I purchased was a * year deal, not set to expire until March *,****. So I still have * months of this that I have paid for, I have the original receipt for my purchase, yet there system is insisting of another purchase date. First call Sept **, **** regarding this issue and was on the phone for over * *** hrs, being placed on hold a number of times. Todays call same thing, on the phone for at least an hour, the (I'm sorrys) were absolutely sicken. Then desperation for an excuse, was because I purchased it online through Staples. I'll be looking for a different product, in the mean time, this is there product and don't want to stand behind it. So maybe this wil
