~Watingforresponse: *st time I called the A&F Rep said they could not help, would escalate to the Credit Dept. No response from Credit Dept. Called back. *nd Rep said the *st Rep did nothing. "Justin" said he would escalate. Am awaiting a response from Credit. Refused to put me thru to a Supervisor or provide an HO * to call.
