~spokanemdx: All I wanted was name and phone number of district service manager beut the operator wnt on and on for ** minutes get documentation and when I ask again for a name and number I siad that dist. mgr did not talk to customers and I had to go to a dealer. Realy **** poor service for a luxury car company.
