~Houston road trip drivers: This review is for the superb customer service I received at Advance Autoparts in Athens, Tennessee- store * ****. ****We were on a road trip to Houston, Texas ****when it started pouring down rain. All of a sudden, one of our windshield wipers got stuck and jammed. We stopped at a number of gas stations to see if someone might be able to help us, we even went to the auto center at Walmart but they told us one of the arms of the windshield wipers was probably loose and needed tightening but that they were not allowed to fix that. The man at Walmart told us to find the most nearby Autoparts store. Well, thank God we pulled into the Advance Autoparts at **** Decatur Pike. The two managers of the store were kind enough to help us out bigtime- removing the wipers completely, fixing the metal part that was poking out of it and placing them back on in their rightful place and would not accept any money from us when we offered to pay them for their services.
