~sorry12: Customer service department is a bad place to work,the is lots of racist people in the office starting with the mangers team,Patty Gillespie and Tina Boivin and Marie Guarino they hate black people in the office. They do not like working with people or black patients that call into the office. this is horrible. Tina Boivin is always making of people and Patty does not like anyone that does not look like her. Nothing is never done about their behavior. I hope something is done later. Someone needs to take a look at the behavioral of management team.
