~Anonymous: Have been trying to use aeroplan miles for two years and can never get a seat for the minimum miles regardless of where or when I'm travelling. Booked flight to the UK and couldn't even get a business class upgrade with the miles. Agree, seems rather fraudulent ..... false advertising for sure. Aeroplan should be ashamed of themselves. Other loyalty programs allow you to use your miles whenever ... will be changing.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Aeroplan's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
