GetHuman-373792: I understood what they told me. I s*w the first level and after hearing her explanation, was transferred to her supervisor. Both told me the same thing but didn't address my problem - just gave me the corporate runaround. The whole thing was a waste of an hour. The only way to pursue my concern was to write to headquarters.
