~Vancouver Canadian: Was on hold for half an hour near closing time. Originally a website issue so called web support, who forwarded me to customer service. All they did was put me on hold (twice) the first time disconnected me so I called back, again via web support and second time they just put me on hold and then dropped my call into the message for 'we're closed' after I had been on hold for ** minutes during business hours. Really poor service. And no email address so I have to deal with these morons again tomorrow.
