GetHuman-174998: I have been trying to get a problem resolved for * weeks. Numerous phone calls to Aetna**non productive. I was overcharged for a perscription of Humalog Insulin from my pharmacy. The a amount of ***.** was dictated by Aetna. Why was I overcharged? No one knows...every rep I have spoken to is uneducated in the field of insurance pharmacy benefits. Ihave filed a complaint today with State of Arizona Health Insurance Commission. I am tired of the runaround!
