~anonymous: I had tried to cancel my flight. I had to call on * separate occasions for a total of *** minutes of wait times. Now I'm inside the * day cancellation period and could not be refunded the outbound flight. Got a total of $*** refunded from a $*** booking. It is probably worth it to me to let the $*** go so I don't ever have to deal with these people again. I had flown with them once before and said I would never use them ever again and fell for the "cheap" prices. Dumb me!!!

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
