~John: The absolute worst airline ever. I've flown with them for the last time. Borders on criminal what they do. My last straw was calling customer service after i tried to chane my depature date using my trip flex. their website showed an error and told me i had to call them. Took me * attempts each call I attempted lasted over * hours before I finally got through. By then, days later the price had up gone up over $***, the customer service rudely told me tough luck. This is just one example of many horrible experiences.

~John: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~John: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~John: For that I would say five out of five.
