~misscleo1105: Wait time is insane* I was quoted over ** minutes right off the bat and my actual time went just about up to that. The most frustrating thing is that until a customer service rep picks up your call after those *** minutes, you never have a chance to speak to a human* everything is automated. I had read reviews of Allegiant's customer service prior to my call however, so I was anticipating all this. It seems that while Allegiant is a smaller niche airline there's no way around the awful wait times. I put the phone on speaker while I painted my nails and surfed the internet.**I feel I was lucky, however, because the woman who finally answered my call was very helpful. I asked her several questions about being issued either a refund or a credit for a flight I wasn't going to be able to take and she answered them all promptly and politely. I got several emails after our call confirming the travel voucher I was to be issued.**Overall, I liked my actual flight with Allegiant and would probab
