~agentboss: UNBELIEVABLE. The absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Borders on fraudulence. March April ****: received several emails that my client was winning bidder with contract documents enclosed. Everything was signed, proof of cash funds enclosed and sent back. several days later after no responses from anyone, an email arrives stating system glitch, sorry no contract. property will go back on market. a week later my client again wins silent bid auction with $**'*** more than first attempt. previous listing agent disappeared, new transaction coordinator assigned, NOW WAITING AGAIN....
