~R.E. Cold Spring: The Rep. was pleasant and helpful but a bit hard to understand. This was a return, but she failed to ask if I wanted a mailing label or a pickup from UPS so the process took a bit longer than it might have.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
~R.E. Cold Spring: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~R.E. Cold Spring: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~R.E. Cold Spring: For that I would say five out of five.
