~imganz: I left Cirro Energy because of outrageous costs. I asked Ambit Energy's independent registrar to have a meter reader check two meters, one for the house and one for the ap't. behind the house. They checked only one. Finally had time to stay on the phone for an hour to order service for the ap't. Waited endlessly, got cut off twice, was then told that I had to pay a higher rate per kw hour because the rate has gone up EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AMBIT'S OVERSIGHT TO NOT CONNECT BOTH METERS! Have still not succeeded in ordering service for the ap't., even at the higher rate.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~imganz: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ambit Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~imganz: For that I would say two out of five.
