~jeanie: When representative was checking on flights, we got disconnected. Very discouraged at this point, didn't have opportunity to exchange phone nos etc, in case of disconnection. POOR experience!!!!!!!!

GetHuman: And what about American Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jeanie: For that I would say four out of five.
