~pibe: we had a problem with our flight being cancelled by a ticket maid at American Eagle and while in process with had a call from a representative assuring us that it was being solve with our benefit in mind we were going to get a voucher refund.One hour later a men called yelling on the phone very rude saying that nothing was going to be done it all. We were lied by a previous agent and yelled by this rude men that his name escapes me at this moment.terrible sevice we travel to Europe twice a year .Oviously did do not care for good customers .
