~anon: When is this last time this site was updated? This did not work, and I got put on the American Express answer-**,***-questions-with-no-chance-of-speaking-to-a-human cycle. Boo American Express!

~anon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Express's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say five out of five.
