GetHuman-olaadey: When it comes to appliance service or replacement do not rely on AHS. I requested a service for my refrigerator and dishwasher since August *th ****. The technician called and told me the earliest available schedule will be in *weeks and I will receive a call on the day they are coming. NCNS, I called back on sept ** to find out what is going on, I was told to call AHS and ask for a new work order * before they can rescheduled for the *nd time. Finally a technician showed up on sept ** and said that the manufacturer did not make the parts needed for my refrigerator anymore but the AHS will call me to see what they can do. This morning i called them to know what is going on, I was told that they are still looking for the part and it is not certain when they will get it. I did not understand what part they still looking for if the manufacture did not make it anymore. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF.

GetHuman-olaadey: For that I would say three out of five.
