GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amerihealth Insurance customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~PinkBeacon: Interminable hold times. Once you get an agent, they put you on hold repeatedly to try to find answers, for which they are **% accurate at best. File an appeal and they engage in stall tactics, like saying they requested additional information when they did not. You have to follow-up constantly and still make no headway. This company rots!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amerihealth Insurance. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amerihealth Insurance problem?
~PinkBeacon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about Amerihealth Insurance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PinkBeacon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amerihealth Insurance customers?
