GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-sugard3: If I could give AmeriHealth a * rating, I would. Having this insurance is like having none at all. They process every claim as Out Of Network (all providers are listed on website as IN network) and don't pay for anything. I have been on the phone with them bi-weekly since November ****. You get a different answer from a different person each time you call. We had to go the the head of the group insuramce dept. to get answers and it's STILL not resolved. They took responsibility and said their agents aren't trained on the new system, so they gave us wrong info. This, however, does NOT help all of my family's medical claims being processed as out of network. Oh yeah - and I'm having a baby!! AmeriHealth is a complete NIGHTMARE!
