~epyon60: The car I was in smells like puke, and the attendance of the car was not very helpful... On top of it all, the train was late by * horse! I was on train ** to Hollywood Florida on October **, **** from Orlando Florida. I was upset about the delay, but the attendance made my anger worse! I asked for a window seat and she put me beside a person about my size in the same seat. She could have said " window seats would be available, as customers exit the train"! She didn't so I walked away ...

~epyon60: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amtrak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~epyon60: For that I would say two out of five.
