GetHuman-401841: This is the fourth time that I have called trying to get supplies and my CPAP machine fixed. The first three times I was told that the system was down and to please call back. When I said that they should be taking down my name and number and phone me back when the system can back up. They took my name and number and did not call me back. Fourth time I spoke to someone, I told them that the system was not working properly and needed new gaskets, etc. In fact the rubber had yellowed. My name and number was taken down so that I could be called back for an appointment. I am still waiting. This company needs to be put out of business.
