GetHuman-106862: I called many times to follow up on my unemployment benefits to the only response of "I am sorry we have a large volume of calls, try to call again later" !!!! I called right at * am and every minute thereafter and no luck! mind you that i call on the correct day for SSN!! it is outrageous of how they mishandle and mess with your mind and well being!! I don't know where else to go..In the past I was also misinformed,it seems there is no quality control nor care for the individual or citizens in this organization! a disgrace
