GetHuman-290586: I had to wait for over two hours for a 'walk in' interview. When I finally got called back, no hello, just another number. Was told I needed to upload my paystubs online. Went home and uploaded them. Called case manager back left voice mail. No call back. Call again the next day, no call back not until the *rd day do I get a call back and am told there is no paystub on file even though I can see through their program it was uploaded. Upload it again leave voicemail no call back. FInally call Call Center where I'm treated like **** and told they can't view it even though their system is telling me it's there. As always, pure **** dealing with people who are suppose to help but only serve to agitate and belittle you.
