~queen bee: I have banked with this bank a few years now...I am not very fond of them & considering changing banks very soon...wish I had read all the bad reviews prior to opening my account in ****...I will most likely be closing my account soon. Long waits. Poor customer service. Outstanding charges unknown on account statements...no one available after hours to help...need I say more?
