GetHuman-ralven: I am not able to see call history on logged in to the Virgin Mobile website. I was told, even after reporting to FCC, that it is for the protection of the caller. So that means that if i pay for service anyone can somehow get my contact info and call me to continuously market, harass, or so on. I was told to make police report if i felt harrassed. The problem is that I would have to make a police report almost every day. So they protect the caller but where is my protection if I pay for service.

GetHuman-ralven: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-ralven: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
