~theluckyb: Charged my Credit Card but have no record of my RMA. If they don't have a record of my RMA how did they get my Credit Card Number?*Tech was rude, didn't know what she was talking about and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I filed a complaint with the BBB and never buying Asus again.

GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~theluckyb: For that I would say one out of five.
