~frustrated: Do not waste your time. I did not get the manual with my new monitor. I called three times, went through a number of menus, talked to * different people, was given different numbers to call. In the end was told to download it and print it myself. Cannot believe that you do not get printed or CD instruction manual if you buy $*,**** monitor. Or maybe they don't provide one ???

~frustrated: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated: For that I would say one out of five.

~frustrated: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
