~Asus Hater: Had a defective router. Took * weeks to get an RMA* because tech's were incompetent. Shipped item as directed. Tried to get status and told RMA * didn't exist. Tried * more times to speak with a tech via phone and email to no avail. Finely googled where I shipped router. Spoke to someone there. They got new RMA and returned router. Needed help setting up router. Spoke to * more techs via phone and Chat. Chat changes suggested took me off internet and I was forced to use restore point to get back on. Finely got a tech that knew what she was doing and reestablished router. Never buy anything Asus again.

~Asus Hater: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Asus Hater: For that I would say one out of five.
