~Haraka: I think it's the worst service, as I have (P*SD-VX) and is not listed on Asus support, and seems nowhere to locate the drivers. Now I turn to the chat for assistant, but sadly I waited for ** minute without any response, and then told my communication was ended. I tried second time and after very long wait here is the message I got: Sorry, all engineers are currently busy assisting other customers. You may continue to wait for an engineer to become available or you may contact us through our support site for further assistance

~Haraka: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Haraka: For that I would say two out of five.
