~notperse: Once I found the phone number, things went well. I had previously received an RMA number and was supposed to receive a box with a FedEx RMA label, but did not. After waiting about a month, I called and was thankfully able to get a new RMA set up, since timing on the warranty was getting days too close. The representative was fine, but clearly kept close to a script. Overall, as long as the end result of having a working computer, will make me happy...

~notperse: For that I would say one out of five.
