~cbspectre: I built * identical PCs. The one PC would not show display on ALL monitors. It workid in house but not on site. They were quick to setup an RMA and explained that if the board came back no-problem found then they would cross ship a differnt one altogether. The first step was to try and repair if possible. I understood and sent it off. I haven't received the unit back, but am pleased with the response. We only use ASUS boards and have for about * years. Almost no issues. Very happy with their PC products.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Asus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Asus problem?
~cbspectre: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cbspectre: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cbspectre: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asus customers?
~cbspectre: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
