~never believed this from ASUS: WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY LATELY? HAVE ALL THE TECH SUPPORT TAKEN A LEAVE AND LEFT US WITH HORRIBLE PRODUCTS TO DEAL WITH? MY FIRST BOUGHT PRODUCT WAS GARBAGE AND MY REPLACEMENT FROM THE SAME STORE HAS DEFECTS - THE WORSE THING IS I CANT GET A FULL REFUND BACK EITHER !!! THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE GETTING A REFURBISHED PRODUCT IN THE END WHICH MEANS I HAVE ALL MY REFUND OPTIONS GONE AND GOT ROBBED !!!!! WHERE IS THE PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY? WHY IS HE NOT THERE TO SEE THIS MESS?
