~John S.: I bought an ASUS K**A Notebook on *-*-** and within a week I noticed the power supply was shorting out. **At first I tried chat support, but an operator never came available within ** minutes. After finally finding a phone number (on another website) I called and waited about ** minutes to speak to an agent.**He told me I would have to send the power supply in to them before they could replace it...which would leave me without power for ** days. My other option is to drive to a Best Buy * hours away and hope they replace it.**Not very happy with ASUS customer service, and will go with another company at my next purchase if possible.
